Booking an event is not always necessary. F1 Racing will endeavour to accommodate non-booked groups/individuals subject to availability. Track space cannot be guaranteed during busy periods. To guarantee your experience it is strongly recommended you contact us and make a firm booking.
Booking an event is quick and easy and can be made by one of the following methods:
Telephone - If you have a date in mind simply pick up the phone and call 01904 673555 and one of our friendly, experienced sales staff will guide you through the process.
Email - By clicking on the following link you can email us a booking request which will be responded to quickly. Please list any queries you may have.

At the venue - If you live locally or you’re simply passing by, call in and you can book your session in person with a member of staff.
Once a booking has been made a confirmation will be sent to you by your preferred method by either post or email.
Booking Conditions - "The Small Print"
- All bookings must be accompanied by the required deposit, or in the event of bona fide "Company Bookings" confirmation on Company Headed Paper must be attached to the booking form.
- Provisional bookings will not be taken.
- Competing drivers are not to consume alcohol either before or during their event. A breach of this condition will lead to automatic disqualification.
- Once a booking has been confirmed, any changes to the booking will be dealt with as follows:
Cancellation
- 21 or more days prior to the event- Full refund or change of date.
- 14-20 days prior to the event - loss of deposit (Companies to pay deposit).
- 7-13 days prior to the event-50% of event price to be paid.
- Less than 7 days- Full event price to be paid.
Reduction in numbers
- 14 or more days prior to the event-No charge for reduction.
- 7–13 days prior to the event - Full price for the remaining drivers plus 50% of the difference between the new price and the booking form price.
- Less than 7 days-Full event price to be paid.
Arriving late
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals but this cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy periods. No drivers will be allowed to participate if they have missed the pre-session briefing.
Any cancellation or reduction in numbers must be confirmed in writing (including fax or e-mail) and acknowledged in writing by F1 Racing.
Any bookings made by telephone, email or fax will be subject to these conditions. By paying a deposit you confirm your acceptance of these conditions.
Invoices
Invoices will only be provided for bona fide "Company Bookings" and must be requested at the time the booking is made. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the event and will include a standard 10% administration fee. If an invoice is paid prior to or on the date of the event, the administration fee can be deducted from the total price.
F1 Racing reserves the right, at all times, to refuse drivers access to the racetrack.
