Corporate racing offers an all-inclusive package ensuring the success of your event. From arrival at the JMD Raceway your guests will be treated to a thrilling time both on and off the racetrack. Quality equipment used throughout.

Your package includes:

Exclusive use of the venue including access Club Lounge
Conference and training facilities in various room formats, theatre style etc. with views over the race track
Tea, Coffee and biscuits on arrival
Complimentary selection of hot and cold soft drinks during your stay
A wide selection of beers, wines and spirits for post racing
A sizzling barbeque (all year round) or cold fork buffet, also catering for vegetarians.
Your message displayed on the race monitors.
Kart racing to suit all tastes:
A 5 minute practice session for all drivers
This is followed by a Grand Prix* consisting of:
5 heats of 8 laps per heat for all drivers
Semi-finals of 10 laps per heat for all drivers
Final of 15 laps for the top drivers from the semi-finals.
Bespoke trophies for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed drivers from the final with the winner also receiving a magnum of champagne

Club Lounge

All Corporate Racing includes access to our Club Lounge.

The Club Lounge is equipped with soft furnishings, a large LCD TV with DVD and surround sound system, Race statistics screen, unobstructed views of the circuit plus lots more.

The lounge's relaxing atmosphere can be enjoyed throughout the duration of your event.

Training facilities are also provided in various room formats with flip chart, pens, note pads, Large LCD T.V. with P.C. Connection for Lap Top presentations and free Wi-Fi internet access.

Price (All Inclusive): £75 + VAT per driver

*The Grand Prix event can be altered to a 2 hour team race if team, rather than individual, racing is required.

For team racing there must be at least 4 teams and each team must consist of at least 3 drivers.

Individual medals are awarded to the members of each of the top 3 places.

Corporate Racing BESPOKE Plus

This package includes all the benefits of Corporate Racing, but with the “plus” factor of guests and clients racing in your own colours. Race suits will be prepared for your Company in your colour choice, with your own Company Logo embroidered onto the back.

Individual driver names can be embroidered on the chest if required at no extra cost. Wherever they finish in the racing, your guests and clients will leave with a fantastic memento of their day, alternatively you could retain the suits for use at future events.

Price (All Inclusive): £125 + VAT per driver

PLEASE NOTE : The minimum number for the Bespoke Plus is 20, please allow 4 weeks for the preparation of the race suits.
