Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book?

Booking is strongly advised as we can become very busy, especially at weekends. Those who turn up without booking prior to their arrival may be accommodated subject to availability.

Do I need to pay a deposit if I book an event?

Yes. A deposit of £75 must accompany your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. Any booking where the final balance falls below our £75 deposit fee must be paid in full at the time of booking.

How early do I need to arrive before my booked event?

You must be at the venue 15 minutes prior to the start time shown on your booking confirmation. This allows time to prepare for your session. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals but this cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy periods. No drivers will be allowed to participate if they have missed the pre-session briefing.

What happens if I turn up with fewer drivers than what I had initially booked for?

You will be charged the remaining balance as shown on your booking confirmation. Please refer to the BOOKING page for conditions.

What happens if I turn up with more drivers than what I had initially booked for?

We will do our best to accommodate additional drivers. This clearly cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy periods. It is advised that you contact us prior to your arrival should you have additional drivers. Additional drivers will be charged accordingly.

How fast are the Karts?

The petrol karts are capable of approximately 35-40mph, depending on the individual behind the wheel ;) The Kub Karts are limited to 10mph.

Is it safe?

Yes but like all motorised sport, there is an element of risk. Risk is dramatically reduced providing all participants follow the safety procedures outlined in the pre-session briefing and consider other participants at all times. The briefing details circuit rules, flags, Kart controls, direction, race stopping procedures and more. We pay particular attention to first time drivers, ensuring that they have a full understanding before entering the circuit. Fully qualified First Aid personnel are always on duty.

Your safety is of paramount importance to us!
